Do you accept credit cards?

Major credit cards are accepted via www.Paypal.com.  We also accept Visa and MasterCard payments through a link on our web site.  Either option is fast, easy, and secure.  

Are your auto body patch panels new or used?

All of the panels are new; some may show surface rust due to age.  

Do you manufacture your patch panels?

No, we do not manufacture any automotive parts.  

Will you ship parts outside of the United States?

Yes, we will ship internationally.  There is a $10.00 processing fee added to the shipping charges for international orders due to added documentation requirements.  Some restrictions may apply. 

Is your entire auto parts inventory listed on the Black Car web site?

No, we currently have only a small percentage of the parts in inventory listed on our web site.  Parts are being added to the web site on a regular basis, so if you don't see a part listed ask anyway.

What do I do to get price and availability of a part?

The best thing to do is fill out the parts request form on our ordering information page.  You can also send us an email, but make sure you include relevant information about your car.  

Do You have a parts catalog you can mail me?

The short answer is no.  

How long before I get an answer to the email I sent?

Emails are answered in the order they are received. In some cases it can take 2-3 business days to receive a detailed response. 

Once I send payment when can I expect to receive my order?

In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 weeks.  Our goal is to ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment when a credit card is used or money order is sent.  If you send a personal check or business check, parts will ship out once funds clear the bank (typically in 5 to 10 business days).  Certain orders may require a longer lead time in which case we would notify you in our quote.   

Is there a phone number to call and place an order?
To keep our prices as low as possible we do not correspond by phone. All correspondence through our company is by email only so we can document all transactions. We will be able to help you in every way by email.  Please note all correspondence is required by email for accurate records. We strive to operate a  customer friendly web site.
