Dreamtime Garage Ordering Information 

Prior to placing your order, please read through this information thoroughly.  

When you're ready to order  

When you're ready to place an order with us, you can choose to pay using a major credit card , or with a check or money order.  

Ordering by credit card: You can order on-line with a major credit card using the secure internet connection provided by Paypal.   It's easy to order, just click on the "add to cart" button next to the product you want to order and follow the instructions.  Note: After you have ordered, when you receive your credit card statement, Paypal will be listed for the transaction. 

Make payments with PayPal - it's fast,  free and secure!       

Ordering by check or money order: If you prefer to send a check or money order, please send us an email with the product and quantity listed that you would like to order.  We ask that you contact us prior to mailing payment so we can inform you of current product availability.  When we respond to you we will provide a mailing address for payment.   

If you are interested in volume ordering, please send us an email.

Shipping

In most cases, orders will be shipped between 1 and 14 business days after submission of your order.   We will contact you with receipt of order confirmation and offer an estimated ship date.   Shipping and handling charges will be added upon checkout.  All orders will be shipped using one of the following carriers:  Federal Express, U.S. Post Office, or UPS .   International customers should contact us for actual shipping charges and payment methods accepted prior to purchasing any Dreamtime Garage or  Dreamtime Garage accessory .   International orders will be charged an additional $10.00 processing fee.

 

All shipments are FOB shipping point, which means that each package becomes the property of the receiver when Black Car turns the package over to the freight carrier.  For some accessories, you have a choice of how you want your order  shipped;  we recommend using  private parcel carriers like FedEx or UPS who  automatically insure and track all packages.   In the event of a lost or damaged package,  the customer will receive replacements only, no refunds, credits or exchanges.   Replacement items will be processed on insured orders only.  

 

In the event that a package is returned  "un-deliverable" because a customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the  customer will be responsible for the full costs of re-shipping the package plus any address  correction fees levied by the freight carrier.   Your order will not be re-shipped without address correction and payment for additional shipping charges and freight carrier fees.   At this point, should you decide to cancel your order and request a refund,  we will deduct from your refund all freight carrier fees (including the initial shipping charges for the order) and  a 15% order restocking fee.   

 

In the unlikely event that your package is mis-directed during the shipping process, the original  package will be routed to the receiver as quickly as possible by the freight carrier.   No order  may be cancelled, refused or returned because it was mis-directed in shipping or mis-labeled.     No replacement shipment will be made on any mis-directed or mis-labeled  package unless the freight carrier is unable to locate it, in which case it becomes a "lost package" and  will be replaced by the freight carrier once an investigation is completed by the freight carrier.   Replacement items will be sent the same delivery method as the original shipment.  No refunds on lost packages.

 

Dreamtime Garage Kits  cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.    

 

If you receive a package which was damaged in shipment, please notify the shipper and Black Car within three days, and save all the original  packaging.    Do not return damaged merchandise unless instructed to do so.   Replacement items cannot be shipped until an investigation is complete and the freight carrier pays on the claim.   No refunds on damaged items, only replacements.   Replacement items will be sent the same delivery method as the original shipment.    As a customer, you accept that all damages are the responsibility of the freight carrier and that all items shipped by Black Car were sent in good condition.   All shipments are FOB shipping point, which means that each package becomes the property of the receiver when Black Car turns the package over to the freight carrier.

 

Due to credit card fraud, Black Car reserve the right to cancel orders where the "ship to" address does not match the card holders "billing address".  We will contact customers prior to canceling the order to resolve these issues by offering other payment alternatives or by collecting additional funds for Carrier Signature Fees.

 

 

 Return and Exchange Policies

 

Return authorization is required prior to sending back any items to Black Car.  Please send an email notifying us of the item(s) you want to return.  Dreamtime Garage Display Kits can only be returned for exchange or credit on Dreamtime Garage Accessories (no refunds or credit allowed towards vintage automotive parts).   Additionally, you must notify us within 10 calendar days of package receipt for exchange or credit authorization.  Only unopened packaged items, or order errors by Black Car, may be returned for a refund.  If authorization is granted for a return,  you will be issued a Return Authorization number and specific return instructions.  Black Car reserves the right to refuse any package that is returned without a  Return Authorization number or is returned without authorization.    Customer is responsible for a minimum 15% restocking charge as well as return freight costs and original freight costs unless the reason for the return or exchange is the result of a Black Car error.   All returns must be pre-paid by the customer.  Black Car will not accept any packages that are not pre-paid.  Authorized returns will be promptly credited.
